No runaround. Just a team that answers.
What working with SF3 Technologies actually looks like, from the first conversation to the hundredth request.
Remote first, wherever your people are.
Most of what we do happens remotely, which keeps response quick and costs down wherever your people sit. When a job genuinely needs hands on site, we can arrange a visit, quoted separately.
Real people, plain answers
Email us and a person reads it. No ticket maze, no jargon for its own sake. When something is critical, we treat it that way.
Shaped around your business.
No two companies need the same thing. Once we understand your setup, we will propose an arrangement that fits it, whether that means running everything, taking on a specific project, or backing up the IT team you already have.

Day to day
Requests come to support@sf3tech.com and we take it from there.
It is always yours.
Your tenants, accounts, data and licenses stay in your company's name. We work inside them on your behalf, keep a record of the changes we make, and if you ever move on, we hand back every credential and document we hold.
Straight answers, before you even ask.
The things people want to know before they talk to us. If yours is not here, ask and a real person will answer.
Ask us something elseRequests go to a single support address, and a real person reads every message and replies on the same thread. When something is down, you mark it urgent and we treat it that way.
Very likely. We are an international team working remotely with clients around the world, so tell us where your people are and we will confirm what we can cover.
We work through dedicated administrator accounts in your company's name, protected by multi-factor authentication and used only on your instruction. Every change we make is recorded, and you can see, limit or disable those accounts at any time.
No, everything stays in your own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environment and we work inside it as your administrator. Your data never moves to SF3 Technologies, and nothing about your ownership of the tenant changes.
Your data stays in your own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant, in the data region you choose, and our team accesses it only on your instruction through documented administrator accounts. We put data processing terms in writing with every client, and companies in the EU and UK can ask for the wording their data protection rules require.
Yes, plenty of our clients have an internal IT lead, and we take on what they do not have time or depth for, such as security, cloud administration, projects or overflow support. We agree who owns what up front so nothing falls between the two teams.
Our service is remote first, which is faster for everyone and keeps costs down. When a job genuinely needs someone on site, such as hardware, network work or an office move, we can arrange a visit, scoped and quoted separately from your regular service.
We help you move, with a documented handover to your new team or your own staff. Because everything already sits in your own tenant under accounts in your company's name, the handover covers documentation, credentials handed back and support during the changeover, after which our accounts are removed and you keep everything.
