Who we are

This website and its booking page are operated by SF3 Technologies LLC, a limited liability company under the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, based in Las Vegas. Full company details are on our Legal notice. In these terms, "we" means SF3 Technologies LLC and "you" means anyone who visits the site or books a call.

Using the website

You may browse sf3tech.com for your own information and to find out whether we are a good fit for your company. Please do not use the site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with how it runs or copies large parts of it by automated means. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Booking a call

The Book a call button on our Contact page takes you to a booking page hosted by Microsoft Bookings. A booking is a request for a conversation, nothing more. There is no charge and no obligation on either side: you are not committing to buy anything, and we are not committing to provide any service.

We may reschedule a call or decline a booking, for example when the request is outside what we do. You can cancel or reschedule at any time through the link in your confirmation email.

No engagement or advice until we sign

A call, an email exchange or anything you read here does not make you a client of SF3 Technologies. What we say in an intro call is general information based on what you tell us, not advice to act on without a proper review. Our services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by both of us, and that agreement, not these terms, governs the work.

Information you give us

When you contact us or book a call, you share details such as your name, email address, company and what you would like to discuss. We handle them as described in our Privacy notice. Please do not send passwords, access keys or other secrets through the contact form or the booking page.

Content and intellectual property

The text, images, logos, guides and design of this site belong to SF3 Technologies LLC or its licensors. You may read our pages, link to them and quote short passages with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial parts of the site, or use our name or logo to suggest a relationship with us, without our written permission. Product names such as Microsoft, Apple and Google are trademarks of their owners.

No warranties and limitation of liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but it is provided as is. We do not promise that it is free of errors, available at all times or suitable for your situation. To the extent permitted by law, SF3 Technologies LLC is not liable for any loss or damage that results from using this site, relying on its content or being unable to reach it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party links and services

The site links to services run by other companies, including Microsoft Bookings for scheduling and Microsoft Teams for calls. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for sites we do not control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here applies from that date onward.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any dispute about these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, and both of us accept the jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
