Google Workspace, looked after properly.

Most managed service providers treat Google Workspace as an afterthought. We manage it every day, alongside Microsoft 365, so your Gmail, Drive and devices are set up right and stay that way.

What we do

Your Google Workspace administrator, on call.

We are your Google Workspace administrator on call, whether you have nobody in that role or one person who needs backup.

  • User onboarding and offboarding, including mail, calendars, shared drives and groups
  • Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet and Chat administration
  • Security: 2-step verification enforced, context-aware access, admin roles cleaned up, external sharing controlled
  • Google endpoint management or a dedicated MDM for Macs, Windows PCs, iPhones, iPads and Android devices
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your domain, so your mail lands and nobody can send as you
  • Independent backup of Gmail and Drive with retention you choose
  • License planning across Business Starter, Standard, Plus and Enterprise
How it works

Review first. Then simply managed.

  1. 01

    We review what you have

We start with a documented review of your Workspace: super admin accounts, recovery settings, third-party apps with access, sharing defaults and alerts nobody is reading.

  2. 02

    The urgent fixes come first

Usually that means admin account recovery and 2-step verification for everyone, followed by the sharing settings and app permissions that expose the most.

  3. 03

    Then Workspace is simply managed

Your team sends requests to one place, changes are recorded, and we check in with you regularly to keep settings in line with how the company is growing. Most work is remote. When a job genuinely needs someone on site, a visit can be arranged, scoped and quoted separately.

Your tenant stays yours

We look after your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. You keep full ownership.

We manage your Google Workspace, and any Microsoft 365 tenant you run alongside it, from inside it through dedicated admin accounts in your company's name, protected by MFA and used only when you ask us to act. Your own super admin accounts and recovery settings stay with you, documented and tested, and no data moves to SF3 Technologies' systems.

If you ever part ways, we provide a proper handover to whoever comes next, including the documentation we wrote, credentials handed back and help during the changeover, and then our accounts are removed and you keep everything.

Security

Security that fits a small company

Google gives you strong tools, but they are off by default or set for convenience. We turn on what matters for a company of your size: enforced 2-step verification, limits on who can share outside the company, alerts for suspicious sign-ins, and a review of which apps and scripts can read your data.

If you are selling to larger customers or filling in insurance questionnaires, we document the settings so you can show them.

Email security and DMARC
Both platforms

Workspace and Microsoft 365, side by side

Many companies run both. Finance on Microsoft, everyone else on Google, or one platform inherited through an acquisition. We manage mixed setups and keep identity, devices and email security consistent across them.

We also run migrations in either direction, with mail, calendars and files moved in a planned order and tested before the switch.

  • One place for every Google admin question
  • Devices and email protected to the same standard as a Microsoft shop

Questions we hear a lot

Straight answers about Google Workspace.

If yours is not here, ask and a real person will answer.

Ask us something else

We manage both platforms every day and also handle migrations between them when a company's needs change. You get the same help desk, security policies and documentation either way.
