Your licenses, managed by the people who run your tenant.
SF3 Technologies is an authorized Microsoft partner. Buy Microsoft 365 through us and the licenses and the support live in one place.
One bill, one contact
Your licensing and your IT support come from the same team. No more guessing who to call.
A check before every renewal
We look at what you are actually using before anything renews, so you are not paying for seats nobody needs.
The right plan for each person

What companies ask before moving their Microsoft 365 licenses to us. If yours is not here, ask and a real person will answer.
Ask for a license reviewBuying through an authorized Microsoft partner puts your licensing and your support in one place and lets you adjust seats as people join and leave. It also makes life easier for your accounting team: Microsoft bills each subscription separately, often on different dates, while SF3 Technologies sends one invoice that covers all of your licenses. SF3 Technologies is a member of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, so the people who run your tenant are also the people who manage your licenses.
It depends on the job each person does, and many companies end up with a mix. Basic suits people who only need email and the web apps, Standard adds the desktop Office apps, and Business Premium adds the device management and core security tools we see as the minimum for anyone handling company data. Where it fits, we recommend Microsoft 365 E5. It adds Defender for Endpoint Plan 2, Entra ID P2 with Privileged Identity Management, and the full Microsoft Purview compliance and data protection tools, and it has no 300-user cap like the Business plans. Many companies start their leadership, finance and IT admins on E5 and move the rest of the team over as it makes sense, and a license review shows you exactly what changes.
Yes, we remove or reassign the license as part of offboarding, and we review what is actually in use before every renewal so you are not paying for seats nobody needs. How quickly a reduction takes effect depends on the subscription term you chose, which we explain before you commit.
No, Microsoft keeps the service running but leaves you responsible for your own data, and the built in recycle bins and version history do not cover long retention or a deleted account. The same is true of Google Workspace, so we add an independent backup with retention you choose.
No, your tenant, mailboxes and files stay exactly where they are, and only the billing relationship moves. You approve SF3 Technologies as your partner in your Microsoft 365 admin center, we confirm every subscription has carried over before the old ones lapse, and then we review whether the plans still fit.
