When we begin working in an existing tenant, we start with a documented inventory. We secure the existing admin accounts first, confirm backups are running, and only then start changing things.

Changes go through us, requests go to one place, and we review the setup with you on a regular rhythm. Most of this work happens remotely. When a job genuinely needs someone on site, a visit can be arranged, scoped and quoted separately.
We work inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant, and any Google Workspace you run alongside it, through dedicated admin accounts created in your company's name, protected by MFA and used only on your instruction. On plans that include Entra ID P2, such as Microsoft 365 E5, those roles are time-limited with Privileged Identity Management, so standing admin rights are the exception rather than the rule.
Nothing moves to SF3 Technologies' systems. If you ever move to another provider or bring IT in-house, we hand everything over properly, with the documentation, a handover to your new team and help during the changeover, and then our accounts are removed and you keep everything.
If you are not ready for ongoing management, start with a review. We go through identity, email, devices, sharing and admin roles, compare the tenant against Microsoft's recommended baseline and Secure Score, and hand you a plain-language report with the fixes in priority order.
This is a common first step after a phishing incident or a cyber insurance questionnaire. Many companies then ask us to carry out the fixes.
